Responsibilities
- Execute diverse construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) and hand tools safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Complete daily progress reports and material inventory checks
- Assist in training junior laborers on best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years verifiable construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
