Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and power tools safely
- Install concrete foundations, scaffolding, and structural components
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen on complex construction sequences
- Perform equipment maintenance and site cleanup duties
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme conditions
- Proficient with blueprint reading and layout tools
