Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Install and finish drywall, flooring, and interior finishes with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools safely
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project blueprints
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and plumbing teams for seamless workflow
- Perform daily site cleanup and material inventory management
- Assist in scaffolding setup and structural framing tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years verifiable construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (30-hour preferred)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
