Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Inspect wiring, fixtures, and equipment for safety compliance
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues
- Follow OSHA and NEC safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Document work completed and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee electrician license (training provided)
- Background check and drug screen required
