Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload materials and equipment using proper lifting techniques
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and trenching as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction or manual labor experience
- Valid O-10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
