Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and jackhammers
- Install/assemble structural components following blueprints
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
- Perform quality checks and documentation of work progress
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong physical stamina and weather resilience
- Background check and drug screening required
