Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at job sites
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist skilled trades in carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Drug-free workplace compliance
- North Carolina driver's license preferred
- Experience with power tools and heavy machinery a plus
