Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts) and power tools safely
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Participate in daily safety briefings and hazard mitigation
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Class B CDL preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
