Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled trades on active sites
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes
- Conduct daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Class B CDL license preferred (non-negotiable for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Flexible availability for extended hours and weekend shifts
