Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, forklifts) and hand tools safely
- Follow blueprints and maintain project timelines
- Ensure site cleanliness and adherence to OSHA standards
- Assist skilled trades with material preparation and installation
- Document daily progress and report safety concerns
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
