- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead project teams for complex installations and renovations
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Document all work with detailed reports and permits
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina electrician license required
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong proficiency with conduit bending and raceways
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
