Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install and maintain water heaters, garbage disposals, and piping systems
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe inspections, and preventative maintenance services
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide clear estimates and communicate effectively with clients
- Maintain clean work sites and proper tool inventory
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license or certification
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
