Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform hydro-jetting, camera inspections, and pipe repairs
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Manage inventory and maintain organized service vehicles
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Document service reports and maintain client records
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and water heater installation
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Background check and drug screen required
- Spanish fluency a plus (serving diverse Austin community)
