Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and industry best practices
- Manage emergency service calls with 24/7 availability rotation
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Lead apprentice plumbers and coordinate project timelines
- Provide exceptional customer service and detailed project documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Tennessee plumbing license (or equivalent state license)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex water heater/furnace issues
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
