Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sewer lines
- Install plumbing components following blueprints and safety codes
- Respond to emergency service calls with rapid deployment capabilities
- Maintain accurate service records and customer communication
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections for existing clients
- Train apprentices on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and equipment for service vehicles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid Indiana state license
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Physical stamina for lifting/carrying tools and materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations
- Emergency response availability (rotating schedule)
