Responsibilities
- Perform emergency and scheduled plumbing repairs across residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe systems, water heaters, and drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Install and maintain fixtures, pumps, and backflow prevention systems
- Comply with Seattle plumbing codes and safety regulations during all operations
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to prioritize emergency service requests
- Maintain detailed service logs and inventory of materials used
- Train junior plumbers on company standards and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State Plumber's License (or reciprocal)
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure emergency situations
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing failures
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
