Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose and resolve complex drainage issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency repairs for burst pipes, leaks, and sewer backups
- Ensure all work complies with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide accurate estimates and maintain detailed service reports
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate larger commercial projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid NYC Master Plumber license
- Expertise in residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Proficient in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting techniques
- Strong diagnostic abilities for complex plumbing issues
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
