Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Install water heaters, fixtures, and piping networks
- Perform emergency weekend service calls (24/7 rotation)
- Adhere to Texas plumbing codes and safety standards
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory
- Document service reports in digital tracking system
- Mentor junior technicians during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman Plumber license required
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficient with trenchless pipe repair technologies
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun 7am-7pm)
- Background check and drug screen required
