Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and provide accurate repair solutions
- Ensure compliance with Michigan plumbing codes and safety standards
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Collaborate with contractors and clients on renovation projects
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing materials
- Maintain clean, organized work sites and professional appearance
Qualifications
- Michigan state plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years verifiable plumbing experience
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Knowledge of water heater, boiler, and HVAC integration
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
- Drug-free and background check required
