Responsibilities
- Execute general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and excavation support
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Maintain job site safety protocols and equipment functionality
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions accurately
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment as needed
- Complete daily reports and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Raleigh area
