Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout, framing, and concrete workMaintain tool inventory and equipment functionality
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and job site regulations
- Complete daily cleanup and waste management procedures
- Collaborate with team leads on project timelines and deliverables
- Operate heavy machinery (with proper certification)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Class B CDL preferred (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to coastal job sites
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
