Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and marking hazards
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters/masons with layout, measurements, and assembly tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Inspect tools/equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Support project timelines by completing assigned tasks on schedule
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- 1+ years construction experience preferred; training provided
