Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring site safety at all times.
- Perform general labor including digging, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Perform minor cleanup duties and site preparation before and after shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
