Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional relationships
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain clean, organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee electrician license (journeyman or master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
