Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors and clients
- Maintain clean and safe work environments following OSHA standards
- Mentor junior electricians and promote team collaboration
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Minnesota electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
