Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 regulations
Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients
Train junior electricians and apprentices
Complete detailed work orders and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License required
Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential experience
OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
Proficiency in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
Strong knowledge of NEC and California electrical codes
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
Pass background check and drug screening
