Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water lines, drainage, fixtures, and gas lines
- Diagnose system failures using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes (IPC/UPC)
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with electricians, HVAC technicians, and construction teams
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial and residential systems
- Prepare detailed work estimates and technical documentation
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials while ensuring job site safety compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana Journeyman Plumber license required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting technologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system failures
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
