Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum-AI convergence and biotech augmentation
- Lead cross-disciplinary sprints with MIT Media Lab and NASA JPL partners
- Architect ethical governance protocols for sentient AI and neural interfaces
- Direct $50M innovation portfolio allocation across 12 emerging verticals
- Author seminal white papers on post-scarcity economics and metaverse sovereignty
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Founders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Systems Theory, Complexity Science, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- 10+ years leading R&D at top-tier quantum/AI institutions (DeepMind, IBM Research, etc.)
- Published work in Nature Futures or equivalent foresight publications
- Fluency in 3+ emerging tech stacks (quantum ML, synthetic bio, neurotech)
- Portfolio of 3+ paradigm-shifting commercialized innovations
- Security clearance for classified national innovation initiatives
- Expertise in STIR/TEPAI ethical frameworks
