Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation concepts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or consulting with Fortune 500 experience

- Proven track record of launching category-defining products or services
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, system dynamics)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Strategic certification (e.g., CDP, CPSM) preferred
