Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 2026 innovation roadmaps across emerging tech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Design and validate minimum viable prototypes for next-gen solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready products with ethical frameworks
- Present strategic innovation insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or product development with proven 3-5 year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing, or AR/VR)
- Experience with design thinking, agile methodologies, and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Track record of launching disruptive products or solutions in high-growth industries
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIMP) highly desirable
