Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 workforce strategy that integrates AI and automation into core business functions.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of the future of work trends, including remote work evolution and the gig economy.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in the New York metropolitan area or managing cross-regional teams.
