Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of the company’s long-term strategic vision, specifically focusing on goals and milestones for the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct rigorous horizon scanning to identify macro-economic and technological trends that will impact our industry in the coming years.
- Innovation Strategy: Oversee the development of the Innovation Lab, focusing on emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and sustainable energy solutions.
- Scenario Planning: Develop and model various future scenarios to prepare the organization for potential disruptions and opportunities.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner with C-Suite executives and department heads to translate high-level strategy into actionable business units.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic findings and future projections to stakeholders with clarity, impact, and persuasive storytelling.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or futurism.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining strategic roadmaps for technology-driven companies with a focus on long-term forecasting.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital transformation landscape and how it evolves toward 2026.
