Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on macro-economic trends, AI integration, and remote work evolution to forecast workforce needs for 2026.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Future of Work strategies that align with the company's long-term vision and business objectives.
- Design flexible work models, hybrid frameworks, and talent acquisition strategies that support a distributed, global workforce.
- Partner with HR and leadership to implement change management initiatives that drive adoption of new technologies and cultural shifts.
- Identify upskilling and reskilling opportunities to prepare employees for the skills required in the future job market.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future-ready initiatives and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational development, human resources strategy, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving organizational change in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, machine learning, and their impact on the future of work.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience working in a global or remote-first environment is highly preferred.
