Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-focused strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptors (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for market applicability
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Partner with R&D to accelerate 3-5 year innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership on 2026 industry transformation trends
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation incubation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ market-disrupting strategic frameworks
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity preparedness
