Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year strategic roadmap for emerging technologies (2026 horizon)
- Analyze global tech trends, market disruptions, and competitive landscapes

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and startups
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to generate breakthrough ideas
- Mentor teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global organizations
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MSc Engineering, or equivalent)
