- Design and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Partner with R&D teams to translate strategic insights into tangible product development initiatives
- Present future outlook reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence for strategic advantage
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
