Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts relevant to 2026-2030
- Develop quantitative models forecasting industry evolution using Python, R, and proprietary AI platforms
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across 5 key verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing insights from engineering, marketing, and sustainability teams
- Author quarterly strategic briefs with actionable recommendations for board-level decision-making
- Monitor global policy/regulatory changes impacting long-term business strategy
- Mentor junior analysts in future-proofing methodologies and ethical foresight practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Tableau, SAS, TensorFlow) and econometric modeling
- Proven track record of translating complex data into C-suite executable strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, bioconvergence, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience with ESG frameworks and sustainable development goal integration
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ long-range strategic initiatives implemented at scale
