Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced AI models targeting deployment in 2026.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing protocols into existing neural network infrastructures.
- Establish and enforce best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric features.
- Drive R&D initiatives to explore emerging technologies such as synthetic data generation and autonomous agents.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
