Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-scale AI systems designed to meet the specific demands of the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in developing proprietary algorithms and machine learning models.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Research emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interface, Edge AI) to integrate into our core stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong understanding of 2026-era data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
