Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces, climate tech)
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with market transformation potential
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital
- Present vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor talent in future-focused skill development (quantum algorithms, neuro-UX)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching commercialized innovations (patents or IPOs)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotechnology, climate AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams from concept to market leadership
