Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market landscape
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize strategic technology investments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
