- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and board members
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Drive sustainable tech integration across all product verticals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Deep network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Cambridge, Shenzhen)
- Experience with ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or similar)
