Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Mentor a 15-person team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CPO roles
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations ($10M+ revenue impact)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong network with global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
