Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps and competitive positioning strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption priorities
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging innovations into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage external partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Develop KPI frameworks to track innovation pipeline maturity and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and market disruptions
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
