Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy publications
- Experience in startup or high-growth tech environments preferred
