Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic computing, bio-interfaces) for strategic integration
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives achieving carbon-neutral operations by 2026
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products ($50M+ ARR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
