Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight framework
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Design strategic implementation roadmaps with ROI projections
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons for cross-functional ideation
- Present technology strategy to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists and academic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
