Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for Generative AI models, focusing on autonomous agents and multi-agent collaboration frameworks.
- Model Optimization & Inference: Optimize LLM inference pipelines for low latency and high throughput, utilizing techniques like quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation.
- System Integration: Integrate complex AI capabilities into existing software ecosystems using APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in AI trends, evaluating and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., diffusion models, reinforcement learning from human feedback) to drive product differentiation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to ensure data privacy and model integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of transformer architectures and LLMs.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems capable of handling high-scale data processing and complex AI workloads.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
