Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech startups for strategic partnerships or acquisition
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Present future tech scenarios to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and media engagements
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two paradigm-shifting tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech architectures
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Strong network within DARPA, IEEE, or World Economic Forum tech communities
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience at major tech conferences
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish (for global collaboration)
