Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems including neural interfaces and decentralized networks
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, bio-integrated systems) and recommend strategic investments
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous system deployment
- Mentor junior strategists while fostering a culture of innovation and ethical tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or biotech integration
- Track record of launching products/services that anticipate market shifts 3+ years ahead
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technical backgrounds
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight (whitepapers, patents, or conference keynotes)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
